Aquaponics is where Chinampas started. It taught us a lot about growing food and managing a small farm.

Meet our partnersWhy we do this
Our goal is simple. We want to help our community and take good care of the environment around us. Growing mushrooms lets us provide a fresh local food that can be hard to find in Southwest Colorado.
We pay attention to each batch, keep our grow areas clean, and adjust the temperature, humidity, and fresh air as the mushrooms need it.
Fresh, local, simple
Orders are grown and allocated in batches. If the current harvest is spoken for, lead time can be up to two weeks.
