Fresh mushrooms will be able to be found primarily at Bell Beef’s farm store in Cortez Colorado. We currently specialize in Pink Oyster and Brown Chestnut mushrooms. Pink Oyster mushrooms have a savory flavor similar to Bacon, and fry really well in olive oil. Brown Chestnut mushrooms, as the name would imply, have a nuttier flavor. With a shelf life of three days, they’re best consumed fresh!
